only fools would say that they are always right. i've climbed up from supervisor to middle management but i never assumed that i know everything.i listen to suggestions and ideas coming from my subordinates as part of check and balance. when in doubt, ask questions.pretending to know everything is far more dangerous than admitting deficiencies and finding ways to correct or compensate it.

you have more to loose if you pretend to be somebody that you're not.

No one is perfect baya. Pero naa man gud uban nga mga boss na maski sayup sila para nila sakto gihapon sila dili maminaw ug mga suggestions ug gusto siya permi masunod, luoy ayu ang mga tao nga under ani nga type nga boss...
