The spirit of sinulog is the street party and the all night drinking and partying. It's those gangster wannabe's that is causing all the havoc and nonsense in the streets. I just wish that the popos will focus on them, than making a fuss on the music and street gatherings.

if authorities and the people would be responsible then crime rate would be minimize. The authorities should tolerate those gangster fights and other sort of things that can cause chaos.
