WISE VOTERS? honestly, it doesn't really follow.. Cebu City was just blessed with better options as candidates for mayor. Mandaue's mayoral candidates in the past were Ading Seno, Pat Canete and some other names I couldn't even remember.

now tell me thread starter what would you do? who would you vote for? I - as well as most Mandauehanons visiting this site - would like to know what an outsider's point of view would be.. who he / she votes for Mayor given the options these past elections.. maybe then we'll all concede that Cebu City voters are way more wise than those in Mandaue.

Well, sorry to tell that there are more wise voters in Cebu City than Mandaue City.

And I am from Lapu-Lapu City. Do you consider me as an outsider?

^ so IF you were a registered Mandaue voter, who would you have voted given the options? 'coz if you're saying that electing somebody who is corrupt makes you less wiser than others, what does that make voters in Lapu-lapu City? what does that make you?

My opinion is this: If we want progress in any particular local government unit, I'm sure nobody wants to vote a corrupt candidate. Right?
