Nag try pud ko ani, pero sa zalora.com.ph lng....sister company rman daw sila.

Ang zalora kay mga fashion2x man tanan, pero COD japun ako kay sa LLC. 5-7 days daw mu abot akong items since yesterday...excited...

Ang ilaha shipping sa zalora kay free if muabot ug 1k imo order....I think mas nindot sa price ang lazada pero electronics lng kasagaran, gamay ra apparel.

I bought some item just recently on Jan 7,2013... just received it Jan 8,2013 ...
I was expecting 5-10 days upon order is placed.. less than 2days nko na dawat..So dali gyud kaau..
and good thing is the shipping company in charge, before delivering contacted me,
nga ila na e deliver ilang item from lazada.. best part they do have COD (cash on delivery) they also give out coupons for discounts..

sa ni wonder if COD cla sa CeBu. Yes they definitely do. Kay taga lapu-lapu city mn pd ko. hehe

if naay factory defect mo replace ni sila?

Mu replace jud na cla uy, sa ilahang FAQ bisan di ka ganahan sa item, pwede gani nimo i balik. Pero not sure if hassle pa ba ni xa.....pag ma deliver ang item kay naa man free return label if dili u ganahan or naa defect.

Ngek, ka lain sad ana.....email dayun sa lazada, or call sila dayun. Pwede pman daw ma cancel basta kay wala pa ma ship ang item. Pero dunno if na ship na, unsaun pag cancel ana. Ask nlng....

pili-a ang cafe imo log-inan, labi na personal email o paypal na mga accounts kay ma ty nag sayo kun sa kilid2x lang ka. pagkat-on sad ug logout.

Try calling their customer service rep. dayun mintras wla pa na ship and item. g kabuangan rana imng account? asa pud naka address sa imoha ghapon? call them dayun.
