Best RD (Rest Day) for shifting sched work? (Like BPO) and why?

So lingaw2x lng....kamo unsa man inyo favorite RD and schedule sa work every week?

If possible palang jud ang day shift, day shift jud ko, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm jud na, then sat sun local.

Pero if not:

Ako kay night shift sched (7pm-5:30am)
- Because mu byahi ko sa gabii, bibo pa na, daghan pa masakyan, then dili kau lawm sa gabii
- Also pag uli sa buntag, mingaw kau ang dalan, pero hayag2x na, dali rako kaabot kay walay trafic

Ako RD kay either thur-fri, fri-sat, sat-sun, or sun-mon.
- Because maka local ko ug sat sun, maka church ko, ma meet nako akong brother nga nag school, then pari-parihas sad mi sckedule sa akong sistah

Doesnt matter in my current s***ty account, kay queueing gihapon bisan unsa adlawa. But if the question is what's the best RD and sched, then 7am - 4pm and Saturday - Sunday RD. Had that sched sa Teletech sauna katong naa pa sila AT&T... I was blessed with all the higher beings anyone could think of...

mao mao, 8am-5pm akong sked ron. mon tue rd lang galing. walay week-end rd na gi offer.
