I have nothing against Krav Maga, and I also agree it is a practical and effective martial arts.
Pero, I still give my vote for yawyan. Mo adjust man gud ang yawyan, if for sports and competition purpose, or street fighting / life and death situation. If necessary, no rules also.
I just practice it for past time and health purposes only. I don't consider myself as skilled or confident to encounter fights. If necessary, modagan nalang jud ko. But seeing how the seniors, and instructors perform, maka buhat jud siguro ug head trauma or broken ribs if naa sila ma igo at full strength. Especially karon nga mo grappling and groundfight na pod, very versatile indeed.
Mao bitaw daghan mo ingon nga ang yawyan binugoy or "hugaw" nga martial arts kay ang training or application wala man restrictions. Except if for friendly competitions, mo follow jud ug rules ang yawyan practitioners.
Love our own Filipino sports or martial arts.

kali/arnis/eskrima no matter what style or school are all the same. effective, simple, practical. ask our own military, police, jailguards, and even us firefighters regarding their martial arts background, they will tell you unanimously it's eskrima.
jiu jutsu, although its defensive, but if use lethaly, it can kill opponent in split second.
it's not the size of the gun but the aim of the shooter. it's not the martial arts, it's in the martial artist if he can "pull the trigger".
komjyokai...
Hello Friends,
All martial arts, in the wrong hands, are dangerous. Now, if the question that you are asking is, which is the most effective form of martial arts if used as a tool in defending ones self or others then that is a matter of opinion. My humble opinion however, is that the Japanese martial art of Bujinkan Taijutsu (also known to many as Ninjutsu) is one of the easiest forms to learn and one of the most effective at taking on multiple attackers both armed and unarmed.
Thanks and Regards,
Michal Zalewski
