Why You Shouldn't Eat at JMall's Mang Inasal...

First of all, I would like to clarify that I don't have grudge against Mang Inasal... I just hate one particular branch, the one in JCentre Mall... Their service is horrible!

Last night, I ordered SM1. They said that the waiting time is 20 minutes so I agreed. After 20 minutes, my order has not been served yet. I decided to give them a grace period of 10 minutes since there were many customers at that time. So after 30 minutes, I asked a waiter why my order is not yet served. Then I was informed that my order is not available and I was advised to change order.

This is really irritating. They made me wait for 30 minutes for NOTHING. And hadn't I asked them about my order I wouldn't be informed that it's not available! I was waiting there for 30 minutes thinking that they're already preparing my order but it turned out to be the opposite.

afaik most of this happen on self-service restaurants.... mang inasal is not exempted.... jolibbe and chowking have its own pud... but im not gonna say which branch... just be pro-active and aproach them to remind and follow-up on your order.... anyway they are self-service man...

For me, ang di gyud nako madawat aning Mang Inasal kay kanang ilang rice nga mura kog gakaon og balas. Sa amoa, bahalag mag sud-an mi og buwad basta Ganador lang intawon, pero ang Mang Inasal mura man nag NFA ilang gamit nga geh paputi lang.

Lame kaayo tan-awon ang inasal plus ang tuyo nga naay lemonsito og sili, pero ig hungit nako sa kan-on

dugay jud kasagarang branches sa mang inasal.. dunno unxai problema nila.. imbes na nahan tah sa ilaha mokaon, ngita nalang tah lain..

sadly, they don't seem to care about their customer service. I have had my fill of Mang Inasal's lousy service and have not eaten there for two years now and NEVER recommend it to any of my friends.

Bisan asa ila branch kay murag walay ayo man. From their Araneta Manila branch to Cagayan de Oro kay mao ra jud tawon, same lousy service.

What I always done back then was fill out a service complaint form but until two years ago, those branches where I made those service complaints are still doing it.

I agree with TS, hinay kaayo na sila mo serve ug order and that same incident nga dili sila maka serve ky dili sila mo inform nako until dili nimu ma followup. their rice is worse than NFA and their chicken are bloody on the inside yet charcoal on the outside. Unlirice lagi pero kinsa man pud ganahan mo kaon ug bati pa sa NFA rice?

one more thing, kani branch nila sa Grand Mall, Lapu-lapu ky grabe ka luod ang softdrinks kay ma taste jud nimu nga naay rust. Ila service water pud ky murag gikan sa kanal, mapugos jud ka ug bottled water. Then ang ice container nila kay hugaw kaayo ug hitsura. Murag walay hugas2x.
