unsa mn reason di sila? is it because di parehas ang name naa sa land title and ang mo apply for loan? or di kaabot sa appraisal value?

other than that the land tittle was clear and also my parents are aware and willing.. what i mean is okay sila nga e loan namo amo land tittle willing sila anah...

Its easy to get a checking account, try RCBC. How do you plan to pay it? Lenders/Banks will require you to have post dated checks.
