it maybe not a necessity to all but for most of us who are employed in companies there is a need to get a degree. there are some who are successful without getting a degree but what is the percentage against those who make it through college?

Even businessmen, encourage their children to take business related courses for a fact that it would be easier for the children to manage their business later on.

kung ang plano nimo kay mag waiter nalang sa club or mag dancer sa beerhouse kana, college degree is not a necessity.

I guess huge influence ani nga way of thinking katong mga datu kaayo karon nga wala ka graduate ug college.
What people fail to see is that if i-compare nila ilang personality ug skills to that person, perting layu-a.

sa 1 ka tao nga ni-asenso nga walay degree, naa siguroy 1000 nga wala jud chance mo asenso. Of course ang makita ra ang nindut and di jud makita ang bati.

getting a degree gives you an advantage but not a guarantee nga mo succeed ka in life.
kay daghan skills makuha while studying in college but naa ra gihapon na how you react to different situations in life.

daghan sad nindut ug kurso, wa ni asenso kay dali ra ni give up.

case to case basis jud na hehe.

For me, it's not a necessity. If I were to choose gani, I could've devoted my years in school in making businesses and earning from it.

Gamay ra kaayo ang na successful sa mga wala ka graduate, it's not because they lack knowledge and skills. They only lack attitude! The successful people are not the ones who had a degree [although there are some] instead it's the risk takers. People who finished school and got a job are those what we call middle class and ;they are the ones who are very much populated. Come to think of it, people who have the determination in making their dreams come true are the successful ones in the community. If wala ka naka human og skwela, all the more that you should strive to be successful. I know a lot people who are now successful: A high school undergraduate but is now owning a house worth of 14 million pesos, A college drop out who earned his first million at the age of 21, An elementary graduate who owns five condominiums and is becoming a real estate broker, A payatas basurero who now owns a ferrari and a lot more. Your degree can help you big time after you graduate but it all boils down to attitude. You should not depend on opportunities coming to you. You should be the one to create opportunities for your future. Perseverance, Persistence, Passion, Hunger and Financial literacy are just some of the traits you need to be successful.
