ipad mini will not fit in your pocket. if you take the jeep or commute alot better with the ipod

but for reading manga the bigger the screen the better

If you want point then shoot photos quickly, article reading, some gaming to relieve boredom, music on your pocket then go for Touch.

I think the ipad mini suits your usage bro Kay Murag ma apekehan ra ka as itouch although nice gyd pd bya ang new itouch krn i was considering on updating my itouch 3rd gen gni to the new itouch5 but when news came out of an ipad mini thats where i'm having some considerations on chosing the ipad mini so i did some research and basing on my preferences on my usage the ipad mini did not disappoint me..
