This is my first thread post here!

I'd like to gather information about call center accounts there in Cebu.

I'm about to move there. I dont know how to speak bisaya so please excuse me.

I'm looking for any tech account in Cebu and have found some. I'm planning to move somewhere around IT Park in Mandaue (again, please excuse me for any mistake. hehe) so can anyone help me and refer me to a stable account? Any reply will be appreciated.
