Hi guys! I can't call myself a gym rat kay gana gana raman ako.. hehehehe!! but im gaining weight pero di man gakahu-ot ako sanina, galuag hinuon... could somebody explain me this
and oh! pwede ko ninyo tagai ug work out routine /program? kay way instructor samo opis gym, kami kami rajud ang gabuot, no program whatsoever, i just want a flat tummy (as if it's possible for me kay pus-unon ko! hahahah!) and smaller arms,,,, akong legs kay wa naman jud pag asa kay isa ka legs murag waistline na, plus gadagan ko at least once a week for like 8.88 km for 1hr 30 mins, and double or triple if naay gandaman na fun run.... no need to make my legs smaller kay dako naman jud na xa, way pag asa mugamay, kay my family itself both sides kay puros big legs and bagtaks.... kind of like murag tekken characters....
any ideas?
