    Hi guys! I can't call myself a gym rat kay gana gana raman ako.. hehehehe!! but im gaining weight pero di man gakahu-ot ako sanina, galuag hinuon... could somebody explain me this





    and oh! pwede ko ninyo tagai ug work out routine /program? kay way instructor samo opis gym, kami kami rajud ang gabuot, no program whatsoever, i just want a flat tummy (as if it's possible for me kay pus-unon ko! hahahah!) and smaller arms,,,, akong legs kay wa naman jud pag asa kay isa ka legs murag waistline na, plus gadagan ko at least once a week for like 8.88 km for 1hr 30 mins, and double or triple if naay gandaman na fun run.... no need to make my legs smaller kay dako naman jud na xa, way pag asa mugamay, kay my family itself both sides kay puros big legs and bagtaks.... kind of like murag tekken characters....


    any ideas?

    hahaha! ahaka ani wui, abi nakog way epek akong dinagan dagan, kahunungon n rba kog kaun ato, pero gutom man specially after dagan.

    any ideas?
    for tummy exercise, i think crunches will do and plank too...but by the looks of it, your abs are great! keep up the cardio for fat burning and so you know your legs are getting leaner...

    mao ra na akoang ikadalit...lets wait for the Pro's

    aysa mga higala, dili na ako wui! I just saaw the pic online and nakarelate ko kay was ko kahibaw nganung gakabug-at ko nisan galuag ako sanina, pero sige kog dagan mga 9KM at least once a week. Ill post some before and after photos in a bit

    2010 at 210lbs

    Im the third person from the left, katung naka skirt.... NOTE: daku jud kog legs daan, kay liwat sa family... and im sedentary. DAGKU UG KAUN (di kay klaro sah?)



    This one, im the girl in black






    Now, Im still BIG... but at 160lbs.... just fluctuating... now im at 167lbs the last time I checked. Im active in running and visit the gym once in a while. but I still eat anything I want... talagsa rako ga diet kung ganahan.

    sa office. libre for employees man, pero murag three times every two weeks rako dadto kay kasagara roadrun jud ko.

    ^^^id still highly recommend HIIT style na cardio... will just take u 15-20min, 3 times a week will be fine... and of course check your food nutrition..good luck
