I suggest you gas up in SRP gasoline stations because they have the cheapest fuel prices. I only use Shell Unleaded gasoline and usually the Shell SRP gas stations offer at least P3.00/Liter savings than refueling in any stations in Lapu2x-Mandaue-Cebu City area.
