Had a bad experience with my first CM, My Titan encountered a hardware problem after 3weeks of use. it has never been dropped or soaked in water. it just turns itself off and stops working. The bad news is ipadala pa daw nila sa Manila, 7 days ra diay ang replacement dri?? and it worst, it would take 2-3months para ma ilisan. tsktsk y couldnt they just replace the phone right there and then?
same with other phones I had the same problem with our sony and samsung phones before.... sony repair they had to order parts pa from manila nya na daot ra ghpon after a few months... so gave up on that...
same with samsung too turn around 2-3 weeks... these were expensive phones 12k-15k up so.... at least sa CM consolation kay baratoh rah... wla pako ka sugat ug tarong na after Sales on any brand of phones. Suwerte2x lng ani.... not defending Cherry or anything realistic lng maskin asa patah na brand... after Sales will suck at some point naa gyud apan pirmi.
