Sapphire but the difference is obscure other than sapphire is the safer brand. Mas barato pa powercolor so powercolor na lang. Pareha ra man sila ug warranty. Personally, i dont mind what brand names i get for my VC as long as it has standard 2 years distro warranty. Im gonna dispose of it anyway when the warranty expires..

i think its because of the budget limitation, not necessarily of quality or performance.

guys need help about assembling a pc this christmas,maximum budget sa among family is 20k ra but i want to have high end gaming pc for that,possible ba sya for just 20k nga budget?
some friends said that makaya ra daw if i will buy quadcore[im not really a techie guy so wala koy alam ana]

pero okay nba ang quad core na procie then 4 or 8gb ram and vcard nga 1 or 2gb and also the hdd ? mo fit ba sa akong budget? with monitor na sya og other computer acces also with good resolution pud

Performance-wise, no difference. The reason is as werty said, it's cheaper and also because Hitachi has lesser rma rate than seagate, wd or samsung..
