i think there should not be any ban for condom commercials, we're in the 21st century but as long as the advertisment doesn't show any nudity its fine to air it.

There is always discord when spiritual needs and physical needs meet at a certain junction.
Well, there is a law that could mediate and the welfare of those involved are placed in prime importance.
For morality I could nod but for the direct purpose of the ad I could bestow nay for the CBCP reactions.
