    my body type is Endomorph.. unsay suggested nnyo ani nga routine? d ko tambok jd.. dagko lng jud kog bone structures..hehe gusto lng ko mo lose some weight and ma emphasize ang muscle.. Im 6'3 and weighted 256lbs.. I know bug.at ra kaau for my height..200-220lbs lng ako ideal na weight..

    @james - ka taas ba gyd diay nimo hehehehe...

    @All - which is better ang outdoor jogging/biking or stationary jogging or stationary bike?...parehas raba nga mo daut ka ana ug mo taas ang breathing resistance?...

    yep, same ra. maka daot siya og maka taas og breathing resistance. ang real question ani kay unsay mas maka produce og better results given same intensity og duration ang gibuhat nimo.

    for me mas grabe gyud ang outdoor at least when it comes to jogging outside vs treadmill, think about it- when you do treadmill, it's not that hard kay ang treadmill murag ga tabang raman og dagan nimo, dba mag dagan mana ang treadmill? so imong trabaho is kay mas sayon, pero kung naa ka sa road, you have to exert more effort para maka dagan ka og distance dba kay murag wala man dyud kay "assistance". Then sa bike, i'm not really sure about it kay at some time sa imong pag bike mo gain man kag momentum ana so pwede nalang ka mo minus gamay sa effort kay paspas nagud.

    Right now I'm doing crossfit on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    It serves as my HIIT workout.

    Right now I'm doing 1 body part per day&5x5 I will be doing this for 6 weeks starting last Mon hope it works........

    happy to see some results on my chest sauna flat kaayo.
    ang program nako kay basic lang
    bench press and then dumbbells plus push up and dipping. apil napod diay close grip.
    dili ko mu decline, incline lang.
