Well, I'm Pro RH Bill. For me, it is not anti-life or abortion coz' wala pa man na create ang embryo/fetus. It is PREVENTION man. We can call it an abortion if there's life na then ipa laglag, di ba? It is used to protect people from STDs or Sexually Transmitted Diseases, HIV-AIDS which has no cure. Once naa naka ana, you'll be carrying that for a lifetime until death,unless naa sila ma invent nga cure I'm not against sa Church kay Catholic baya pud ko. Ang ako lang, we're talking about reproductive Health here. Mao na ato gi ingon PREVENTION is better than Cure.

perhaps there should an in depth study first in what level of the populace

I don't support RH Bill. It's obiously business as it is.
Philippines is not over populated. In fact In Cebu, I can tell tht only 4 cities seemed crowded. But actually they are not. Only poblacion areas i would say.
Problem in poverty can be addressed in various ways. It's a big challenge from the government. But definitely RH bill is not a solution. 1 of the bigger challenge of the government is how to implant self-discipline from each citizen.
