Call me sort of unreactive, but basin maplantsa pa ni within the company - less hassle sa imo nga part.
Pasabta ang management bro sa imo thoughts, ug unsa imo expectations.
Sa career man gud in a management perspective, dili lang salary ang giapas sa uban in their views.
One thing is self-satisfaction sa imo roles nga gipangbuhat. Ang ubang taw mas ganahan bigger ila responsibilities so ma-practice nila ila authority and leadership skills. Salary would come-in second. (Note: emphasis is sa 'uban' i am not talking about sa majority)

So, if dili lang close-minded inyo management, i think madala pa ni istorya. Else, ngadto nalang DOLE if you think gitamakan imo rights pagka-empleyado.

    My cents.
I agree with you bro. sa akoa kay dli pd salary akong giapas, kung di ang experience. I've been a call center rep for 5 years including my current company. Dre ko naka abot ug 4years and I think I have earned this position kay sa akong current postition (as an advisor) karon I am also doing supervisory tasks - which i accepted kay for my experience when applying to a higher position. Wala koi reklamo sa pag hatag nila sa ilang trabaho dre nko, but karon kay nadawat nko for a different position (WorkForce) mao ni ilang ihatag nko ila kong dugay dugayon ug release. BS kaau nga management oie..

Sa karon kay nag huwat ko sa management nga makig storya nko and I have also talked to our HR regarding this matter and ila sulti kay pwde ra e-extend ang pag balhin nko, but dli gyd pwde bawion ang result.

much better brader if naa kay gi permahan lisod ana verbal agreement ra oi mahog raka og additional task og work and they are just abusing your kindness lol...

It's a foul feeling knowing you got a half bake leap. Mura rag na promote ka pero imo salary gi freeze. Talk to your management and HR explain and let them understand your side. Much more how it would affect your work coz it's not easy on a situation like that maka palaw kaayo.

^dili pwede TS nga ikaw proactively ang mu-approach nila or mo-initiate sa conversation?
In that way, they would realize that you are taking in charge of your career. Basin pa diay mahigmata sila.
