In your own opinion what is herbal medicine? para nako herbal medicines are fresh and organic plants, vegetables and fruits that doesn't undergo some process and without any preservatives and additives. kanang mga commercialize nga mga herbal medicines like mga mangosteen,ampalaya and malunggay, pra nako d nah cya herbal kay ni undergo nah cya ug process and naa nay lain sagul nga ingredients so u can't call it herbal. naay uban baligya especially sa mga networkings nga herbal medicines, mahal kaau, if i were to choose, mo kaon nlang ug fresh fruits and vegetables kay sa mo palit ko ug herbal medicines..... this is only my opinion, i need your opinion

Ako mokaon lang sad ko og fresh green leafy vegetables and fruits. Kay kana mga naay fatty livers nga patient kay ilang pasanginlan ana kay ang mga herbal medications raba daw.
