Oil distribution is a multi billion business, kong malugi na sila billions sad ang mawala nato.. parihas anang beer ug cigarette business, sa atong panglawas wala jud tay benipisyo nga makuha ana nila, but nganong nagkadako mana nga business? it's because it is a multi million enterprise and it is feeding thousands of Filipino mouths through its profits, so dili mka yano2 ang govt ug hilabot ana nila, ang ila rang mabuhat is to ban commercials and put some kind of warning signs and even that galisod pa silag implement ana..

If importer ka, strong peso leads to windfall profit. How many Filipinos are importers or in the import business?

You're asking half-assed questions when we're discussing overall effects of stronger currency on the economy. If you think strong currency helps our country, then nobody can change your mind. What I do know is that countries are actively devaluing their currencies and its not because our leaders are smarter than theirs.
