He even convinced a British friend to open up a similar business in Cebu. Naka assist pa ko adto sa hiring process for prospective employees. Initially, the British guy sounded optimistic, pero closed up shop and left after a year. My friend followed suit a few years later, and went back to Silicon Valley. Gisamokan jud sa kurakot, red tape etc etc
Sayang mga opportunities nawala sa atong nasud because of this problem, kapoyan mga foreigners makig deal sa atong sistema nga wa dire aw didto. LOL
