this, without considering that still, they are earning more than if they were back home... which they might not have a job even.

They should even be thankful having a job at that.
Human nature man na oi. That's not greed. That person is just expressing frustration gud, which is perfectly natural. It doesn't mean he's being ungrateful.

Mao btaw na akong ingon, the purpose of business is to turn a profit.

We export People Not Goods.

@ kuyabog: how can it be called greed bai if you already sacrificed yourself from being far from your family? sakto tong post ni aerlo the point is kadtong gipadala sa pinas nga kinahanglan i stretch. I doubt you can call it greed. Greed is when you see businessmen in the phils pocketing profits while they pay below minimum wage sa ilang workers. But for a common OFW to work outside the country who has to leave their family behind para lang sa kaginhawaan sa iyang pamilya, to me that is sacrifice. It might not be noble but sure is not Greed.

you can't call that greed bai. stretching the value of your money is not being greedy. sa ato pa kung mopalit sa sa mercado then mohangyo ka sa presyo, would that be considered greedy?

    excuse me boss

i never call all the OFW as greedy

only those who claim to be dissatisfied with the lowered exchange rates

ungrateful and oblivious to the very fact that they

still have a decent income.. abroad..

rather than a strong chance of underemployment here

if not, of being jobless at all

Its Not Greed but inconsiderate. Imagine kalamungay nga tag 2 pesos hangyuon pa jud ug 1 peso thinking nga nagsweldo ug 20k per month. Nya ang naninda 100 ka bugkos nga kamunggay ray baligya, so instead of 200 pesos 100 nlan mahalin nya kuhaan pag tax, nya mao pa nay badget sa ilang pamilya. But its okay ra as long nga ma stretch nimu ang IMUNG badget sah.
