Urban homes condo is the structure safe?

Im planning to buy a condo in Urban homes in Mandaue.. but having 2nd thoughts if the structure is safe... they use precast all the way without post and beams... its 4 story condo... about 13 units each floor... what can you say?

para sure kah ipa check nah sa taga city engineer... pde sad mo tawag kah ug taga fire department... kay kung ari kah dri samot ka ka libug kay mostly dri wala man kita jud sa building. or kung naa kah amigo nga kamao mo tan-aw ana best advice imo na ipa tan-aw... investment baya nah... dli na basta2x... naa pa jud kah diha nag puyo...

Yes you have a point there... but base on other project that I saw they still use Columns and Beams then they use precast on their walls... Base on what I saw in urban homes the walls and floors are joined by welding them together with metal/iron protruding in every edge of the wall/floor.. Hindi kaya parang domino ang mangyare if mag earthquake?
