I don't think using music as an excuse for criminal acts is a valid defense.

I have been listening to all kinds of myosik, including DM to BM most of my life and have never

had a violent thought against another person, place or a thing except maybe shake my head up and

down to the beat. Those ARE ALL just scapegoats to take emphasis off the real problem at hand
