    while there are some laws nga kinahanglan ammendment. it doesn't need to be replaced. the one who should be replaced kay katong mga tawo nga mag implement unta sa balaud. dapat naay political will para ma implement ang atong laws.

    I do hope some of the suggestions here are meant to be a joke despite sounding so serious, because they tend to be too restrictive and too impractical to actually implement. After all, sayon ra ang maghimo ug balaud, pero lisud ipahigayon.

    But personally, I would like the 1987 Constitution amended so that senators will not be elected nationally, but will each be elected in their own senatorial district or regional district, just like in 1916. Kay kung padayun na lang ta sa atong style na mamili ta ug 12 na senador every three years, dili gyud ta makapili ug saktong kandidato kay daghan man sad ta ug pili-anan. Unya ang mga maayo ug agi pero dili kaayo ilado, gamay ra kaayo ug pag-asa sa current system gikan sa gasto sa usa ka national campaign. And the fact that there are too many senators from NCR but no senator from ARMM is really distressing.

    dapat maypagka dicatator ang leader nato. dictator nga naa sa sakto nga actions pra pd dli mag abusar.
