i check sa SMART status. usually tungod na relocated sector ug uban mga errors na invisible sa user(including read/write delays and/or weak sectors).

bad sectors kai areas on disk na considered BAD na jud.
relocated sectors are from the reserve area sa disk to somewhat replace the bad. ang disadvantage ani is ang reserve area is at end sa hdd, so if ang bad sector naa sa start area magbalik2 ug read ang head to the end,causing delay especially if dghan na ni ang relocated sectors.
weak sectors - are areas just waiting to fail.

all signs of drive failing and will need replacing.

to fix try running zero-fill utility, kung mudaghan samot ang bad sectors, aw replace immediately.
