My family's body structure is mesomorph, slightly leaning to ectomorph. we gain muscle easily, tapos controlled ang fat/weight loss, either mupaniwang o mupadako.
Mas dako ug effort kelangan namu mupadako kontra mupagamay, although compared with other body types, dali ra jud ang duha. Hehe. Bag-o pa sad ko sugod ug gym so di pa kaayo klaro ang results. When I was a child I was super thin, nya pag grade2 to 4thyr haiskul almost obese. then balik na pud ko kaniwang kaayo sa college tungod sa stress. ganahan kog normal na lawas haha
