Best Android phone from 7k-15k?

Hey mga Istorians! Hope you guys can help me with this. I wanna upgrade to a smartphone (first one) and I need some help with what to get. Preferably not really old. ALSO preferably LOWER than 15k. But if there's a phone out there that's really good for it's price, I guess 15k is ok.

You asked about "good for its price", that Cloudfone is I can recommend. Thats a locally branded phone. Youll really experience well an Android with good battery life. For international brands, you can try checking the offerings in the buy&sell section here, but prices are more expensive but lower hardware than that of Cloudfone's. Galaxy S2 is a great phone. Nowadays, you need at least a Dual Core handset for better experience in Android.

A friend of mine is selling a bnew Windows phone (Nokia Brand / Posted in B&S Section), not Android but its fast.

I prefer HTC One V, the HTC Sense integrated in HTCs makes their phones extra ordinary.
