ah deftac pala. i see. they are in baseline pala. didn't expect BL to have one but good since it is very accessible.

I used to practice but it was at downtown but not deftac. Beginner level yet. mubalikay pa ko after 2yrs. lol.

Dugayyyyy na kaayo ko ka dungog about deftac. nice things.


Imo bf, sa spar practice cya na injure? same level sa imo bf ang ka spar/practice 1on1 niya? or lower level niya ka spar practice nya?

That is a recipe I never do. I always paired-up with the senior practitioners....Always. to avoid accidents.
Some beginners or early practitioners I noticed get somewhat overzealous in practice sparring that usually ends up with self-accident or partner-accidents.
