Yep, I believe it does. Love simply is beyond any feeling... more than just a concept. It is human instinct... It is Life... Love IS Life! After all, most of us were born out of it, even the unwanted ones...

Love is not desired nor wanted, but needed more than anything else...
Plus, Love isn't ALL good... there could be an "Evil Love", such example could be the infamous "Selfish Love"...
Love affects all people because we are all bonded by it, somehow throughout our lives.
It is that euphoric feeling that gives hope to the hopeless... Even all the virtues are intertwined with Love...

People need to love and to be loved... to belong to someone or to a group... It's not only the "softies" who feel love but even the tough ones... We could be cold-hearted but that doesn't mean that we haven't felt love...not even once. The fact that even the most evil of criminals defend their group or families... that justifies Love... (but in a wrong way though.. hehe)

Good or Bad, there is Love... Where there is Hate, there is Love... Hence, all people are affected by Love...
