if you buy your hamster from a reputable breeder, you'll have no problems with diseases (communicable or otherwise) hamsters are fun pets because they are easy to care for and you will not spend as much as you would on larger pets. however, you should choose the breed that will fit your lifestyle. if you don't have much time to play with the hamsters every day, Syrian hamsters are better because they are easier to tame, and once they are tame they hardly ever bite.

if you have no problem with time, dwarves and other breeds are good for you since they can live in groups, and groups are more amusing and entertaining to watch.

hamsters will require:
- Spacious cage
- Water bottle
- Proper hamster food
- Bedding
- Hamster wheel
- Supplements
- (optional) toys

if you can provide these, your hamster will live a happy life

depende sd nah s fruits bro...kay not all the fruits pwede nimu ipakaon s hummy...kay orange is a "no go" for hammies magka "wet tail" nah cla in other words "diarrhea" which is deadly...apples and grapes mu kaon cla pero small amount rah sd ihatag...^_^..

actually di xa pwede s mga pregnant mothers ang hamster kay weak mn gud ang immune system s mga preggy pero since laki man ka nya kusog mn sd imu immune system way kurat n bro...delikado lng ang hammy if mka buhi nya mka mingle xa with other animals infected with rabies kay matakdan nah cla nya mapa akan ka duha namu..^_^..pero s ako experience kapila nko gi paak s ako hammy samut na if imu cla hikapon nya makuyawan cla...ka piso jud ka....nyahahahaha...so far buhi p man ko hantod karun..^_^...
