I applied on a call center company, nadawat ko because I stated nga college level ko pero sa tinuod kay HS grad ra ko, pasar ko sa training and every certification with no failures, NOW...

Of all the requirements needed for me to be an agent kay school documents na lang, and I'm thinking magpabuhat ko ug TOR or any fake school docs pero nag duha2x na ko. Should I come out clean and tell them the truth? musabot ra kaha sila? d ba kaha ko nila e terminate for such violation?

Before nag apply ko mga BPO companies and sa phone interview pa lang daan, i told them nga HS grad ra ko and they stop the interview dayon and I had no chance to prove to them nga maski ani ra ako naabtan, I can prove to be competitive.

I believe in every general rule there's an exception, not all who finished their studies are competitive and not all those who attained low Edu attainments are not competitive and qualified.

Brod, naay company like Convergys mo support sa imo college fees. I currently work in Cordia Comm Corp., Ning try ko apply sa Convergys kay mas dako man ila offer, nadawat ko and then during contract signing, naa didto na mo support sila if you would like to pursue college degree. They did not ask during interview if you are a highschool graduate or college graduate. You are right when you say "not all who finished their studies are competitive", BUT you don't need to lie to prove to them that they are wrong. Fortunately Cordia kept me and increase my salary like no other company can offer. LOL. So, do the right thing bro!!!

Rather tell them the truth and save yourself from guilt and future embarrassment. Tell them your situation and maybe they will still consider you as part of them.

pag himo na lang ug fake bai. naka suway sad ko ug submit ug fake documents sauna sa usa ka dako nga bpo comp. Gi dawat ra nila without checking. siguradoha lang nga maka human ka sa imong studies while working. use the time given to you to resolve your issue, ayaw na lang sad pag salig nga gi dawat nila.
