just an update, its been 10 days since my dsl modem went kaput, and no globe tech in sight, despite calling everyday, wow isn't that the best?

my BB connection is fine, though sometimes, i also got DC too. and there are also some times that i have to call up their customer care rep. sometimes they dont arrive on time. im not really that pissed when my connection is lost sometimes, i understand that its always a part of it, it will go down sometime. what pisses me off is their customer service
