Maybe kailngan gyud maka witness ang pinas ug a lot of very heinous crimes...but I wonder unsa pa kulang... na a tai plunderer's', massacres, rapists, bug time drug lords, smugglers, etc.... xp

There is no death penalty at the moment, at least not here... Gloria repealed it right? Lethal injection has been known to go wrong, firing squad can also cause undue suffering. The electric chair is considered kind of barbaric nowadays, but I saw a clip on the web of a guy in India who touched an overhead power line while standing on a train and he was dead within a millisecond... so maybe that's the ticket?
