Since daghan man jud reklamo diri sa Globe Broadband services, magsurvey daw ta. Di man sad pwede nga ang magsige ug storya is ang mga naa ray reklamo. Mas maayo man sad patingogon ang mga pro-Globe members diri...
I'm not against globe ha.. Pero Im not satisfied lang for their services. Not only sa Broadband but sa Globe postpaid mobile nako sauna (but the latter is another story na). Ako mismo nagwonder kung how many users jud ang dili satisfied sa ila services.
To globe: pasensya na ha.

I voted for worst service. Kay what happened to me is quite binuang man. It's been a week na wala ko connection sa amo. Then the other day, I heard from a friend nga nibalik na daw ilang connection 3 days ago. So I checked mine. Wala. I called Customer Service and they told me the reason why wala daw connection sa amo: Some cable in our area was stolen daw!!!....darn...tsk tsk...tawag na sad ko balik pagkafollowing day to confirm. They told me wala pa jud daw connection. I requested for an onsite visit but then ingon sila i-check sa daw nila sa ilang side if I really need an onsite visit. After 36hours, wala pa japon. Sige lang I'll wait for 24 hours pa jud.. (na lang)
