    Since daghan man jud reklamo diri sa Globe Broadband services, magsurvey daw ta. Di man sad pwede nga ang magsige ug storya is ang mga naa ray reklamo. Mas maayo man sad patingogon ang mga pro-Globe members diri...

    I'm not against globe ha.. Pero Im not satisfied lang for their services. Not only sa Broadband but sa Globe postpaid mobile nako sauna (but the latter is another story na). Ako mismo nagwonder kung how many users jud ang dili satisfied sa ila services.

    I voted for worst service. Kay what happened to me is quite binuang man. It's been a week na wala ko connection sa amo. Then the other day, I heard from a friend nga nibalik na daw ilang connection 3 days ago. So I checked mine. Wala. I called Customer Service and they told me the reason why wala daw connection sa amo: Some cable in our area was stolen daw!!!....darn...tsk tsk...tawag na sad ko balik pagkafollowing day to confirm. They told me wala pa jud daw connection. I requested for an onsite visit but then ingon sila i-check sa daw nila sa ilang side if I really need an onsite visit. After 36hours, wala pa japon. Sige lang I'll wait for 24 hours pa jud.. (na lang)

    ako pud wala connection...as in wala dial tone amo landline. Kung tawagan kay magcge ra ug ring but kami sa haus kay dili man mi kadungog nga magring. When we complained kay ingnan pud mi nga gikawat daw ang cable sa amo area then mo take pa daw one week before ma restore nila but hapit na 2weeks wala japun. ingon sila 19 na daw mi ka customers nagcomplain sa amo area. hala basin pareho kaha ta ug area kay ngano gikawat man pud kaha ang cable sa inyo?

    karon kay nagbasul na nuon ko ngano hinbalhin mi sa globelines huhuhuhuhuhuuhuhu

    ok ra ilang connection para nako. sometimes mawala ang internet, but when i reconfigure the router mobalik ra ug mopaspas balik. the ting nga ako jud reklamo is that ilang customer service dugay kaayo moabot. they say 24-48 hours, pero 4 days na, wala lang gihapon

    alay claro amo package comes with 1 static IP i year nalang dili gihapon mo function ila static ip ila support is pathetic ila account exec na gi assign sa amo company nawala lang kalit den later i found out naa na gi handle lain na pod account without even resolving our problems, mao to amo pa terminate amo account

    i agree, just imagine if u r the owner of Innove and u tell ur customers that ur unlucky to have a bad connection....
