Share lang ko sa akong cousin na experience... if naka basa mo before akong cousin nag pa limpyo sa ilang lens kay gi molds... I forgot nah how much she paid for it pero mahal2x toh.. pero okay na iyang lens... nya ni balik ang molds so iya gi pa clean usab, I don't know kung gi back job or she had to pay again... nya karon di na man align ang lens... tsk tsk tsk... will check with her again sa update ani... hope Nikon will improve...

A CAMERA service center in Banilad, Cebu City was victimized by alleged swindlers taking away nearly P100,000 worth of cameras.

The incident happened on Tuesday but was reported to the Theft and Robbery Section (TRS) of the Cebu City Police office (CCPO) Wednesday morning.

The Nikon Showroom and Service Center at the Banilad Town Center sought the help of the TRS after two unidentified swindlers took two of their cameras.

just passed my 16-85mm VR nikon lenses over their counter this afternoon for lens cleaning (molds problem, as well). hoping nothing like this happens to me.

just passed my 16-85mm VR nikon lenses over their counter this afternoon for lens cleaning (molds problem, as well). hoping nothing like this happens to me.

They are charging me P3,500 for this but as far as i know, lens cleaning sa service center nila depende sa lens type. Price range is P 1,500 - P 4,500.

Ang kapait lang kung magka molds ang VR unit sa imo lens, wala sila'y machinery para mo-disassemble.

Wla pa nako gi pick-up. Ngita sa ko kwarta.

I'll be dropping my 50mm f/1.8 for cleaning... crossing my fingers pud nah affordable and maayo ang service.. if not I'll let you pips know
