Do companies really read those applications online?

Are those applications sent online really reach the company's mailbox or does it just end up as SPAM or go unnoticed perhaps or perhaps being sent to an email that does not exist after all or an email that the HR department doesn't even bother to check?

Also, can you guys help me in applying jobs online? Some companies are asking for copies of TOR, SSS, NBI Clearance and then they want you to apply online.

How do you send your TOR, SSS, NBI online? Type them manually??

All of my job applications through MYNIMO consist only of an application letter and an uploaded resume. There are some companies being advertised there that requires one to submit TOR, SSS, NBI, etc..

Job application sites? If you mean sites like Jobstreet then yes, if you mean sites like Outsourcefactor or oDesk then that would also be a yes. Not familiar with mynimo but either way, both types of sites work. Based sa akong experience
