dali ra ang leg workout sa bb. pero kapoy jud kaayo. tom day 3. back and biceps.
i am on my second week sa BB grabe ka pump oi... puro weight training. hehehe... ang cardio and abs sa BB aky ako gilisdan ug insanity.
