well, whether you like it or not...you my dear is not the bearer of this online madness. you are not a victim, you are not the uploader, so in the end it is up to those who are involve to do what they seem is right for them. In this case, a case against the uploader is being sought..and mind you, it is also the responsibility of the uploader to act a certain way which could saved him from being in a law suit..and plenty of lawyers are offering their services to amalayer bro bono or should I say for free.

So what was that again, that we should not blame people for our actions? Now, I find it funny because the way I see it....should the uploader blame Paula for acting that way that prompted him to tape and upload the video? and is now being chased for such privacy violation? lol...

So to borrow a quote from you "our inability to hold the individual responsible for his/her own actions and our tendency to blame other people for the mess we get ourselves in." ---- your dear friend Gregory Llamoso should as well be held responsible for his very own actions right? Now that I would love to see!

I'm just an expectator, and by the looks of it. Someone is going to court with this one...whether you like it or not! lol!

So what if someone is going to court. It's just going to join one of the thousands of frivolous suits filed in this country. I neither like nor dislike that a suit was filed, I just wanted to point out that filing a case and winning are different things.

Anybody can file a case against anybody. If you're going to change your life just because you're afraid someone will file a case against you, you're automatically the loser, especially in business. More correctly, you should conduct yourself in accordance with the correct appreciation of the law, not the stupid assumption that because you feel you've been wronged it means you can already sue someone and win. That's the style of the ignoy that lawyers love to take advantage of. If we have mostly honest lawyers it's not a problem as they would always act in the best interest of their clients. But we know in this country that is far from the truth. Most lawyers will take advantage of litigious but ignorant clients.

And what if I'm not "the victim". If I can't comment on this, then neither can you so your logic is self-owning. Last post to you, as this is getting bogged down in irrelevant points.
