Are online job application sites really effective?

Yes effective ang online sites, but not all postings. One thing i tried is JobsDB.ph nga site. I got my first $150 lately ^^.. Homebased type of job, although dli tanan postings homebased. Naa pku lain site puro jd home based jobs, nya secured jd ang payments, kung nahan mu makabaw, jst send me your email and hatagan ta mu link!

Im interested with this homebased job.. I badly need an extra income

And yes, online application is effective not just for local but in applying job outside as well. I have friends who applied online and they are now working in Dubai. If the company hires you, they'll even pay your ticket to go there.... very convenient!

effective sad ne ang job sites, ako nagpost lang ko ug resume sa monster.com. i received a call from an agent, after that i was interviewed once by the employer. kalooy sa ginoo nadawat ko sa trabaho sa singapore.

effective ang job sites unya after nimo tan aw sa job sites. Walk in dayon para sure... hahaha

yes very effective but go for big and known jobsites
