Dude, I'm not a radiologist to justify the CXR reading or interpretation of the patient's result. From what I know basing on that result, he's reactive. Meaning to say, his Hep C antibodies were detected or positive and he's infected with Hepatitis C virus (HCV) in some point in the past.
However, he needs some further tests to ascertain whether or not he has an active infection. I think he undergo PI therapy for his HCV. PI were designed as standard treatment for HCV. Mortality cases are due to complications such as liver failure and carcinomas.
"Delikado" upon medical examination especially for the new expatriates. Since HCV is one of the diseases/conditions to be monitored and most likely considered an infectious disease, he might not be unfit to work abroad.
