It would usually depend on what country you want to go. Usually people would go to another country as a tourist then deliberately hanker for a job as fast as they can. It works for some but not for everyone. I suggest better to find help from someone you know who is willing to assist you there. A relative is much better. If not cross your fingers and hope for the best. Although if you have good qualifications you can directly apply to the company online and then again hope for the best.
