Good Day. Need tlga advice kung papano lulusutan ang gusot nato

I was with a CC in Cebu for 3months and the worst thing is meron silang training bond that is effective if aalis ka within 6 months. Now , nag awol ako because of a personal reason at nagkasakit din ako at the same time. It's been a month na since umalis ako sa company na yun.

I applied again in a CC, still in Cebu and I got hired.Hindi ko dineclare na meron akong previous work na CC rin dahil sa takot na baka di ako matanggap. I asked some of my friends if ma trace ba na meron akong previous work through SSS and TIN at sabi nila oo kaya di ako sumipot sa first day of training dahil alam ko naman na tatanggalin din nila ako.

Nag apply na naman ako sa isang CC here in Cebu and I got hired. I told them about my previous company and it went smooth. The problem is, they asked me about the clearance. Eh pano ko kukunin ang clearance if I still owe my previous company dahil sa lecheng bond na un

Just talk to the recruitment HR.. tell them about the situation.. this is nothing new to them.. AWOL in call centers are very common and normal na... Just be honest and tell them the truth that you cannot provide a clearance from the previous company because there is a cash bond and you went on AWOL. They will tell you what to do, don't worry too much... It's also nice to come clean and having nothing to hide with your new company. CC's badly need agents and they will not let you go normally just because of that. In fact they will even appreciate your honesty as long as you also commit that you will not do the same to them (The AWOL thing)

Please register online and check with the SSS if the contributions were already posted because if not then it would be ok not to declare your previous CC company. Make a print out quickly so you could use it for your next employment. If it's already posted, Please do try to go to your previous company, inquire how much you owe and asked if you could still submit a resignation. Resigned is better than AWOL.
