@epoy73 -- I had my voice test nov 3, after how many days of calling them asking for the stat of my application as comm, they texted me saying that I did pass the process bt it was still put on hold..mao cguro na sa jan 2013 pa cla mg continue hiring..so unsa na ni padung na ni sa wlay klaro or what are my chances?submitter ra ta akong gi applyan pero comm ang gi open nila ato nga time.then karn gi ngnan ko put on hold usa akong aplication for comm..gi ngnan pa ko they cnt giv an assurance na mkapasar ko sa whole process..discouraging ila gi ingun..so unsa na ni ron?

cge lang og f/u bro para masud ka kai grabe jud kai nangaply , in ana mana ila style nia as of now ako nahibaw an taas kaayu ila process sa hiring d mana pariha call center nga 1 day hired naka maabtan paka weeks to months , if mag f/u lang ka makasud jud ka . kato gani kami 1-2 months ko naghuwat ako application una ko nasud ,

After they informed me I called the company and told them that I applied for submitter and not as comm..but they said both positions were on hold..ni ok ra pud ko..dli ba na cla samokan if I call them once in a while for follow up?naa sd ko kauban sa prevoius company naa na dha savvy nagpatabang ko follow up nya ana cya nga shortlisted na dw ko..

Ug unsa diay process sa submitter?sa comm?mana mn ko kutob voicetest and speedtest..ok ra ba cge follow up?

d ka makaingon scripted oi , naa ka e follow nga questions g make but you have to probe , like sakit nia dapat mag investigate ka unsa tambal and unsa iya mga sakit hahahaha mura kag dr.

naa script ihatag like 3 scenarios all you do is Read it .... and confidence and Familiarize ra ka .. ambot kung mao pa ba na kai sa amo saona mao raman na

okay baya ni siya. sayang lang kay pagsubmit nako ug resume dugay man nitawag,then nakasulod nako convergys. dako ang basic pay.20k up man ata to. then i think dili ingon ana kapressure compared sa contact centers.
