    This is definitely a challenge.
    But if they get out of prison and have stable jobs as a CSR or outsource agent, then we would worry less that they would go back to criminal activities.

    this is not actually new... some companies here in cebu particularly mga furniture company nag outsource sa prisohan sa soong... not sure if sige paba but i remember sauna... nga ang uban trabaho sa maitland adto sa soong...

    oi. ka nice gud ani. maayo untag mo take advantage ang mga furniture makers nato diri.mas nice if ilang i-outsource ang manufacturing nila didto sa prisohan. aron pud matagaan income ang mga piniriso didto intawon.maayo nalang naa income bisan gamay.

    Definitely better than having dancing inmates.
    Educate and equip them for an honest living after prison.
    Everyone deserves a chance.

    this is a good part of prisoner rehabilitation. but the question is would any site based call center hire them considering prior criminal record? employers here in our country are picky and tend to ostracize those who have records.
