Sir, about SM City Cebu, are they really allowing dogs inside the mall already?

a few years back, i called the petshop because we wanted to exchange a dog shirt for my dog (it was too small for him), and we asked if we could bring him in for fitting since he's just a small dog (Chihuahua mix). they said ok lang, so we brought him (in a netted comfortable bag) but the guard didn't want to let us in and we had to be escorted to the petshop. from there, we were not allowed to leave the petshop with our dog daw, so we had to buy a cage and leave our dog there for our duration in SM (so then we had to hurry).

just asking, because maybe they changed the policy na? i saw a shih tzu (without dog bag) being carried around in SM on 3 separate occasions already hehe. will appreciate any info
