IF only ato mga business establishments in the tourist zone will have reasonable prices, we can attract more tourist, both foreign and local tourist.

Like what @gmaroxram posted, 180php for a mango shake is plainly too much. And like my example, a 100php 1L coke is too much.
How can we attract tourist with those kind of prices.

If ako mag negosyo ana lugara, I'll try to make in known to all na ako 1L coke tag 45php ra, from a 25php investment.
With these type of mentality, we will earn through quantity not by quality. Coke itself is a quality product, I just have to sell a ton of quantity of it to make a profit. Example lang na ha, walay violent reaction lang, daghan rabah haters diri.

So, I'll ask you, imagine yourself in the beach with all those tindahan, where will you buy?
In my store that sells 45php for a 1L coke or the store beside mine who sells 1L coke for a 100php?

I am now getting the notion why ok kaayo naay MCDO didto, its the PRICE diay na mahal kaayo ang foods didto so it will be affordable hehehe . I apologized for that reaction . Never been to Boracay man gud mao igno ko ani hehehehe.

It would also be unfair to say that when you go to Boracay you should be rich and loaded with cash but then knowing that it is a TOURIST DESTINATION , one should consider also to be prepared to travel. If ang dungog nato is suroy ta ug Boracay aron daghan ta pics sa FB right next to the sculpted whitesand then atong budget sa food is pang carinderia , something is really wrong. I have been travelling to places all over the world and sadly mismo sa Boracay na atoa ra jud wala pa and you would really know if the price are for tourist or for the locals.

Thats how you will know when to budget. Back to Boracay , you go there as a tourist , act and spend one like a tourist . Otherwise , wala gani ta ana na budget , I am sure, the locals has somethig to offer jud somewhere in the outskirts of the " beach " area. Mura gud na ug Mactan , lahi ang presyo sulod sa resort , but kaon mo sa gawas , mas lami pa and way way cheaper.

    OT :

I just came back from Rome, it reminds me of a lot of Filipinos and Cebuanos to be specific because of the canonization. Naa ra ta didto for about a week or sobut then what I dont get is , ilahang gipangita man nuon are FILIPINO FOOD ! Although nothing is wrong with that , one should consider also that to enjoy the place, take something what the locals have to offer and it doesnt have to be expensive either. Relating to Boracay , I dont know if Aklan has something to offer but I am pretty sure , its one sure way to enjoy the place. I just dont agree sa shakes na tag PHp 180 though kay tag PHp 45 ra man na sa Thirsty di ba hehehe .
