Why can't I create a blog post?

I only get a message saying I may have insufficient access permissions. Can someone explain why?

how come you are already JM but your post is only 3 post? strange....

I agree.. TS you've been a member for a long time. Maybe apil ka sauna katong la pa na bag-o ang ranking requirments. Try to increase your post daw.

you need to be an elite member to be able to post a blog entry.

meaning you are not yet authorized to do blogging mate....

TS may have replied to threads that have been deleted or pruned so his post count dropped but not his status.

Thanks guys. I think I joined istorya at its infancy, left it for quite a while and rediscovered it recently. So I am not aware about the recent changes to its policy
